The World Through a Migrant's Eyes

September 24, 2026 — Snapshot 19

The Migrant… Distrust
Distrust of others is the foundation of the migrant's survival.
He trusts no one,
but he trusts God…
Others always repeat:
«You are walking the wrong path.»
But, is there even a right path?
Conclusion: The World Through a Migrant's Eyes
Family is the thing that consoles you for migration,
but it is also the thing that consumes you.
The migrant is a trafficker of children,
the state wants him to beget, so that its aid may continue,
and the wife knows that well.
Migration is not only a movement between countries,
but a flaying of a man from his soul.
Life is small,
and the world is a great illusion.
Migration is a dream that devours dreams,
and it always ends with the cold truth:
that you belong to no place.
